The Ammy is your monthly soulful gathering for true soul music lovers, a friendly and intimate space where you’ll discover everything from soul classics to contemporary releases and soulful house. This month holds special significance as the community comes together to celebrate the life of Jim Butler, a beloved member of the Northern Soul family who sadly passed away on Friday, March 13th. Admission is completely free this month so that all of Jim’s friends can join us, share the music that defined his life, and honour his memory. Resident DJs Steve Bratt and Jez Smith will be joined by Jim’s close friends Nige Brown and Dave Thomas behind the decks as we spin the soundtrack to Jim’s story.
