Northern Soul Events is an information and directory platform for Northern Soul-related events, venues, promoters, DJs, reviews, comments, editorial content, and related services.

links to third-party ticketing, booking, venue, travel, accommodation, merchandise, or affiliate partners;

Unless expressly stated otherwise, we are not the organiser of listed events and are not a party to any contract between you and any promoter, venue, ticket seller, accommodation provider, advertiser, or third party.

You must be at least 18 years old to submit listings, create an account, post reviews or comments, or otherwise use any interactive features of the Site.

By using the Site, you confirm that:

all information you provide is accurate and not misleading;

We reserve the right to edit, refuse, remove, reclassify, feature, unfeature, or suspend any listing at our discretion.

8. User Submissions

If you submit any content to us, including event listings, images, flyers, logos, comments, reviews, descriptions, or other material (“User Content”), you confirm that:

you own it or have the right to use and submit it;
it is accurate to the best of your knowledge;
it does not infringe any copyright, trade mark, privacy, publicity, or other rights;
